Return and Exchange Policy

SpiritsChild wants you to be happy with your purchases. At this time, we are not able to give refunds on merchandise, store credit will be given instead. If you need to return some merchandise, please be aware of our return policy:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days.
  • All returned merchandise must have the register receipt.
  • Credit card receipts and/or statements are not accepted in lieu of the register receipt.
  • No refunds are given for returned merchandise. Store credit will be issued.
  • No returns on CD's or DVD's that have been opened.
  • SpiritsChild is not responsible for merchandise once it leaves the store. Therefore, damaged merchandise cannot be returned.
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Classes and Workshops are non-refundable, unless cancelled by the presenter.

Layaway Terms and Conditions

See something that you really like at SpiritsChild? Now you can have it with our layaway plan! SpiritsChild makes it easy. Pay 25% up front. Then pay another 25% every 2 weeks. After 6 weeks it yours!

  • The layaway contract is for 6 weeks.
  • There is no initial service fee to start a layaway plan.
  • The initial down payment for a layaway contract is 25%.
  • Layaway payments are due every 2 weeks.
  • Each layaway payment is 25% of the total cost of the layaway items.
  • Payment due dates will be stated on the layaway contract.
  • If Layaway items are not paid in full by the end of the contract, items will be returned to stock.
  • If items are returned to stock, the customer is issued store credit for the amount paid towards the layaway.
  • No store credit will be issued if customer does not contact SpiritsChild within 90 days after the contract expires.
